The history of epilepsy is an associate humanity, and the reports date back to antiquity. Almost all ancient cultures, including Babylonians, Egyptians, Greeks, Indians in pre-Buddhist period, Iranians, Chinese, Byzantine epoch, bear witness epilepsy.
